•    Space planning and furniture layout

VACANT STAGING

This option is for vacant and Model apartments and /or houses.  Appropriate furniture and accessories are brought in and arranged on a rental basis.

After visiting and analyzing the space Making Home will prepare a cost estimate, which will include our staging fee for the creation and implementation of the design and rental fees for furniture and decorative accessories.

PARTIAL STAGING

This option is for someone who has existing furnishings  yet hopes to enhance their overall look. Additional items will be brought in on a rental basis to create a more inviting environment and ultimately a more marketable home.
